We have 2 pickup locations in Toronto: in Roncesvalles and from our studio in the Junction (1 Wiltshire Ave). Select local pickup at checkout. You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup and with details how to book an appointment.

Canada Untracked Letter Mail

Our most affordable shipping option is untracked, oversized letter mail. Delivery times for those vary, and there are no guaranteed delivery timelines for letter mail.
Please note that untracked oversized letter mail can take 3-14+ business days. Starting in November letters will likely take longer and from our experience even within the GTA, can take 2 weeks or longer. There might be delays by Canada Post, that are out of our control. 

Canada Tracked Shipping

Based on the destination and size of shipment, we use Flashbox, Fedex Ground, Purolator or Canada Post.

Delivery time after dispatch:
GTA (Flashbox): same or next business day
Fedex Ground: 1-6 business days
Purolator: 2-9 business days
Canada Post: 2-9 business days

USA Tracked Shipping

Delivery time after dispatch:
USPS First class tracked: 2-9 business days
